Carolyn is third generation on her family’s lakeshore lot on Big Carnelian Lake, where she rebuilt her family home back in 2000, as her own general contractor, learning much in the process. A local small business owner in the construction trade since 1998, Carolyn previously was a production manager of a large sheet-fed printing company for over fifteen years before leaving to raise her children back in her hometown of Stillwater. Since that time, she has served five years as a Master Gardener with Washington County, and also five years as Park Committee Chair for May Township, spearheading many improvements to that park.
As a real estate consultant, Carolyn utilizes all the life skills in her toolbox for her clients - caregiving, communication, honesty, integrity, advocacy, the art of negotiation, a keen attention to detail, the ability to solve problems, an innate creativity, a natural gregariousness, and boundless energy.
“Helping people transition from one home to their next is the most personal and powerful experience.”
Carolyn takes this transition very seriously, and always goes the extra mile for her clients.
